Use of product

The knurling tool is specifically designed for use with lathe machines to provide a textured finish to cylindrical metal objects. The tool comes with two hardened knurling wheels, fixed in place by a spring-loaded mechanism in a clamp. When the tool is positioned on a rotating metal object, the wheels are pressed firmly against the surface to emboss a particular design or pattern, such as a diamond or straight knurl. Such a design provides a better gripping force and a higher finish value to the metal objects. With the help of the knurled knob on the tool, the operator can control pressure precisely to perform knurling in a desired manner.
